In order to create a Dual Monitor Shortcut, right click on the System Tray Icon and select Create Dual Monitor Shortcut to launch a window where you can select what you want your Dual Monitor Shortcut to do, select the appropriate option and then click on OK to create the shortcut on Desktop. Once the Shortcut has been created, you can move it to any location just like any other Shortcut and you can even assign keyboard shortcut to it using Shortcut properties.
